About the position As a Sea Freight Forwarder, you will have overall control over the customer's cargo flow and be responsible for your own customer assignments from booking to final invoicing. You will work broadly with both LCL, FCL, and special solutions. In this role, you will have regular contacts with GEODIS's network around the world and close collaboration with colleagues, account managers, suppliers, and customer representatives.

Your tasks include:

• Actively working on customer relations and providing our customers with excellent service.

• Planning and booking of transports.

• Delivery monitoring/deviation reporting.

• Issuing transport documents.

• Invoicing and cost control.

• Participating in customer and supplier meetings.

• Contributing to the team's development and improvement of working methods, routines, and processes.

Your profile We are looking for an engaged freight forwarder who wants to continue developing with us! The role suits you if you are solution-oriented, flexible, and take responsibility for driving your work forward. We value your willingness to learn new things and take initiative. We see that you are communicative, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy working in a team. You are committed to always providing good service and delivering your work with high quality.

We believe you have previous experience working in freight forwarding, preferably in sea export. It is a plus if you have experience with the production system CW1. Post-secondary education in logistics or freight forwarding is also an advantage. Swedish and English are used daily in the work, so you need to speak and write both languages fluently.
